The Challenge
Parents face fast-changing digital behavior challenges, but most tools lack a secure, structured way to translate family context, screen-time habits, and parenting goals into actionable, personalized support.
The Solution
I built a full-stack digital parenting assistant using React, TypeScript, Vite, and an Express/PostgreSQL backend, with real-time AI guidance delivered over WebSocket integration. The application combines authentication, onboarding, plan selection, structured family assessments, and a conversational interface that uses user-specific context to generate tailored parenting recommendations. Beyond the core chat experience, I implemented supporting product infrastructure including role-based access control, admin workflows, state persistence, and scalable frontend/backend architecture to make the platform production-oriented rather than a simple AI demo.
